Over the last two weeks the In Sections web site has been given a major face lift, more accurately reflecting In Sections’ current mood and direction.
The site has also been technically updated, with a clean-up of the underlying code and any bug issues being fixed. The result is a much more stable, flexible and fluid environment, allowing for rapid changes in content and presentation.

The In Sections’ début album, Now Come To Be Heard, has now beeen completed: mixed, mastered and in the can. Final testing of the general sound balance is still on going, but all indications show that there are no problems and indeed it’s sounding fantastic.
A provisional release date has been set for March 1st, 2011, which will allow time for design work and pre-release promotion to be carried out. Sample tracks from the album will be posted soon. More info to follow.

Recording and mixing of the In Sections’ soon-to-be-released début album, Now Come to Be Heard, has now been completed and the first mastered copy of the album is due to be burnt within the next five days. A pre-view version of the album has already been produced and is currently undergoing test listening to identify and eliminate any ‘bugs’.
An official launch date for the album is due to be announced very soon.
The début album by In Sections, Now Come to be Heard, is currently at the mixing and mastering stage. A provisional mastered copy of the CD is due to be created over the next week and will be used to test the global sound on various systems. The process of mixing and adding final touches to arrangements will continue until the end of December. The final process of tweaking and mastering will take place between Dec 31 and Jan 5, so everything should be in the can by Twelfth Night. At that stage, a release date will be announced (Maybe February ???) and it’ll be time for the promotion to begin. Stay tuned.
With the release of the new Myspace version 3, the In Sections’ profile has been redesigned and updated to make the most of the new layout structure. Version 3 still has a few teething problems and it’s very slow at the moment, but this should get better with time and generally the new look is a big improvement, so hang on in there.
